First off I want to thank you for taking the time to read my posts and diggin my recipes!  As many of you know I was planning on getting into farmers markets this Spring 2012 to sell my sauces however plans have shifted.

I’ve decided to jump on the pop up bandwagon, get into a cafe or two and get started on making my dream of owning my own cafe a reality.  I’ve discovered that morning cafe’s that close early rent out their space for evening service.  I’ve had my eye on this awesome Cafe in Berkeley and recently got in contact with them regarding hosting a series of Bueno Eats pop ups once a week for several weeks.  I’m on their wait list and hope to get in Spring/ early Summer.  There is also talk with a local Oakland Cafe on having a Sunday Brunch Bueno series for possibly the month of April or May.
